Have Faith!

June 6, 2021

John Donne, one of England’s greatest poets and renowned ministers of the church of England, once wrote in his Meditation 17′ that ” affliction is a treasure. This sounds like a contradiction in teams, but it’s a reminder to rejoice in our sufferings. He explains that every pain or tribulation we endure can be a treasure if we learn from it.
Our suffering, afflictions make us more like Christ, who suffered for us when we go through tribulations, like sickness, rejection, loss, and heartbreaks, or loss of a job.
We have a choice to make. We can either wallow in self-pity and give ourselves over to the misery, or we can find strength in our pains. We don’t go through hard times in vain.

If we can keep our eyes on God, we will see him through the pain. Some of the most valuable lessons are learned in the darkest times of our lives.
When we rise from the ashes of our suffering, we learn to persevere. We learn to give hope to others. Our scars make us tougher and give us a powerful testimony. We become more valuable to the kingdom. And we becometrue warriors of God, and our sears become our badges of honor.
whatever you are facing in your lives, there’s hope, take heart that the pain we endure here is temporary, for God is faithful to see us through.
Whenever I find myself worried about life, there’s only one person I cry out to, God, he is my father, and he’s the only one who can deliver me from my troubles. I don’t put my trust or faith in a human being. They disappoint, but God has never disappointed me.
In Revelation 3:20 and he said, here I am. I stand at the door and knock; if anyone hears my voice and opens the door, I will come in and eat with that person, and they with me.
God is asking you to call on him no matter what you are facing in life. God is with you; trust in him and call upon his name, either day or night he hears you.
DON’T FORGET TO PRAY WITHOUT CEASING!! AND PUT IN FIRST IN EVERYTHING YOU DO.
